I went LIVE to talk about Package Clarity, which is SO important when you’re a coach, consultant, or service based business, but so hard to achieve! When your product isn’t tangible, or ‘thingy’, all you can talk about is benefits, and outcomes, and ideas, but then the dreaded question comes up which is… ‘yeh but what actually is it?’, and you’re left stuttering, umming and ahhing.
